Hi Elliott! I notice you are also a respected example of how to live the Law of Attraction. It is true, what you say about how the happenings and situations in which many find themselves "...puts all of us in an important position to act...with positivity and encouragement - with quickness and precision." In answer to your question, Yes, I shall be one of those who are willing to step up and take the reigns.

To take your analogy a step further: The reigns have been given to each one of us in the form of the Universal Laws at our disposal - and, because of our free will, we can decide to NOT take hold of those reigns, and let the horse take us where he may while we worry about where he's taking us as we fearfully hang on to the saddle horn for dear life. OR, as you said, we can consciously grab the reigns, get a feel for the horse, and - working WITH the horse - move concsiouly together onto a path of action. The first path we steer down may not immediately get us to our goal, but it's bound to get us SOMEWHERE.
