Not only is it important but I speculate that it&#039;s one of the primary reasons people will pay more for services and sometimes products from small businesses. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also predict that customer service is likely to become even more important as the years coming. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My light bulb just went off!
