Stress has a commonplace in our life. Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. When you sense danger – whether it’s real or imagined – the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process.

Great post! I totally agree with the last part. Own your blog. Write it in a way people will know that it's your own original writing and make them feel like they are getting to know the really you with every word. This is a challenge to fellow bloggers. Write blogs that are interesting and unique so readers will feel that their time spent reading your blog was worth it.

Thanks a lot! I think the meta-tags aren't anymore that relevant (at least for google) as this interview states: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009... ; one should use the description tag for the snippet at google
